Buy the Evie Bias Skirt sewing pattern from Tessuti Fabrics. Evie is a floaty and flared midi-length bias skirt. The pattern includes two versions. View A is finished with a bound waistline and side zipper opening. View B is a pull-on version with a scalloped elasticised waist. Instructions are provided to achieve a narrow or fringed hem (linen only). Evie looks fabulous worn casually or dressed up.
